The Mount Pleasant Swim Club - The
Manatees
MPSC is a
year-round swim club for ages 7 to 18 years old. Swim members
practice, based on their skill and committment, twice a week or as
much as twice a day 5-6 days a week. MPSC has swim members from
many areas of the Charleston region who are making an impact
state-wide and nationally.
The Mount
Pleasant Swim Club is a competitive, year round
program designed to provide any swimmer the opportunity to swim at
the level he or she desires while developing and building
character, self-esteem, self-discipline, and life-long activities
within the structure of the
Mount Pleasant Recreation
Department and
USA
Swimming. The
Manatees are divided
into five groups based on a swimmer’s age, ability, and
competition. Although competition is not mandatory, it is strongly
encouraged.
