following information is an aid to parents, providing
maps of each meet facility and hotel information. The
hotel links below are listings of most hotels at each
location. Please see the meet information packet for the
specific team hotel should you wish to stay there. |

Word
of caution - some sites (i.e. hotels.com,
expedia.com charge a fee on top of that hotel's
rates. In most instances it is better to go directly
through the hotel site.
Word of advice - instead of contacting
the location hotel for prices, sometimes the corporate
hotel site may be offering discounts. As an example, hilton.com many times offers Specials & Packages under
its umbrella of hotels. However, if you called a
hotel location directly it would not offer that
discount. Other brand corporate hotel sites do the
same.
